Returns
Not the right fit? Not to worry. We always want our customers to be as happy with our products as possible, so our 60-day returns policy is as simple as possible.
Please repackage the products you wish to return and include your original paperwork. We would ask that all returns haven’t been worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed.
We can provide a Royal Mail postage label that you can use to get the parcel back to us, at a cost of £2.50, that will be deducted from your order refund total. Please click on the link below.
You are also welcome to return using any other courier if you would prefer.
To avoid unforeseen mishaps, we would always advise keeping a receipt or a note of your tracking number so you can keep a close eye on the progress of your return.
Due to our stock moving very fast, we cannot offer exchanges. The items returned will be inspected by our returns team and then refunded. If you require a different size or colour you will need to re-order.
