How do I return my item?
Not the right fit? Not to worry. We always want our customers to be as happy with our products as possible, so our 30-day returns policy is as simple as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, then post them to the address found below. To return products, repackage them and include the original invoice or receipt – after you have taken a copy for your own records. We would ask that all returns haven’t been worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed.
To avoid unforeseen mishaps, we would always advise keeping a receipt or add a tracking number to your parcel so you can keep a close eye on the progress of your return.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been delivered and processed our returns team will be in touch by email to confirm your refund has been completed. Payments made through PayPal usually take no longer than 2 working days for the refund to be completed. If your original payment was made with a credit/debit card please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear is non-returnable
How long does delivery take?
All of the products we supply are in stock and ready for delivery unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch products the same-day on orders placed by 12 pm. All our UK orders are processed through Royal Mail first class, aiming to deliver the next working day.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For your security, we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our delivery partner will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
Can I track my order?
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email or alternatively you can visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number.
What happens if nobody is home when my delivery arrives?
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively, they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbour or in a safe place.
