Delivery Information
What delivery services do you offer?
All UK orders under £100 will be dispatched by Royal Mail 48 tracked, orders over £100 will be dispatched by DPD.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
How long does shipping take?
UK Orders:
All orders placed before 13:00 PM will be dispatched on the same working day. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked as standard for orders under £100 which aims for delivery within 2 working days. Orders over £100 will be dispatched by DPD for next working day delivery.
International Orders:
Our International orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail and handed over to the delivery partner in the destination country. Delivery times vary depending on the location and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Do you offer express shipping?
We offer express shipping by DPD Next Day

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please click on the link in this email to track your parcel.
Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?
Once your order has been dispatched we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When you place your order we will send you a confirmation email confirming that the order has been placed successfully. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a second email to confirm this which will contain your tracking number.
