Returns
Not the right fit? Not to worry. We always want our customers to be as happy with our products as possible, so our 60-day returns policy is as simple as possible.

To return products, repackage them and include the original invoice. We would ask that all returns haven’t been worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed.
To avoid unforeseen mishaps, we would always advise keeping a receipt or a note of your tracking number so you can keep a close eye on the progress of your return.
Due to our stock moving very fast, we cannot offer exchanges. The items returned will be inspected by our returns team and then refunded. If you require a different size or colour you will need to re-order.

You are welcome to return your order to us within 60-days of receipt. We ask that all returns have not been worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours. Once we have received your return, our returns team will be in touch by email to confirm when your refund has been completed. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
You can still return your order to us if you have lost the invoice/packing note. Please either print off the confirmation email you received when placing your order or include a note with your full name, email address and order number.
