At Scratch72, we understand our customers place great importance in exceptional customer service. The sooner your product arrives, the sooner you can start playing.
All of the products we supply are in stock and ready for UK delivery unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch products the same day on orders placed by 12pm.
We are able to ship internationally to mainland Europe, America and Canada. The shipping cost may vary based on your location, so a price will be calculated during checkout.
All our deliveries are processed through the Royal Mail, to be posted first class unless you, our customer, have specified another option.
Before confirming your order, you will be asked to review your delivery options and order amount. This will detail the pricing generated for your order.
Please note: During the busier periods of the year e.g. Christmas, the Royal Mail do have an increased number of deliveries, and this may impact when your purchase will arrive.
For added security and peace of mind, we can ship products Signed For or Tracked by the Royal Mail. Upon placing your order, you will be provided with a tracking number alongside your invoice so you can track the progress of your delivery.
Deliveries that are outside of the standard Royal Mail size or weight will be delivered via UK-Mail. Once your purchase has been packaged and shipped you will be provided with a tracking number alongside your invoice so you can track the progress of your delivery.
All of our delivery times are based on orders placed by 12pm GMT on a working day and the items in question being in stock. Once your payment has been received and processed, your purchase will be shipped.
Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be dispatched on the next working day. This also applies to orders placed on weekends and bank holiday.
Please note: For larger deliveries, Signed For or Tracked parcels, a person must be present to receive. If there is no one to receive the parcel, then there a card will be left with details of where you can collect your parcel.
Not the right fit? Not to worry. We always want our customers to be as happy with our products as possible, so our 60-day returns policy is as simple as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, then post them to the address found below.
To return products, repackage them and include the original invoice or receipt – after you have taken a copy for your own records. We would ask that all returns haven’t been worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed.
To avoid unforeseen mishaps, we would always advise keeping a receipt or add a tracking number to your parcel so you can keep a close eye on the progress of your return.
Please note: All returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has been delivered incorrectly, has arrived damaged or was faulty. Faulty or defective goods will be dealt with in accordance with the manufacturers warranty.
If your purchase is not quite right then the same returns process applies. Please send your products back indicating you wish to exchange, and as soon as we receive the parcel we will send out your replacement.
Items purchased online or as gifts from November 1st 2020 can be returned up until January 31st 2021.
